Return Policy.

We’re happy to accept returns for unopened & unused products: These products must be returned to us within 30 days of the shipment date. To return unopened & unused products, call Customer Care at 323.937.2001 or email us at customercare@wilshirebeauty.com to request a return authorization number.  Please note that if a Return Authorization Number is not provided prior to your return, there may be delays in processing your refund. Place the unopened product in your order box and include the Return Authorization Number, your name, order number, and reason for return when sending this item back. Ship to:

If you’re returning an item that was shipped to you in error or damaged during shipping: Call Customer Care at 323.937.2001 or email us at customercare@wilshirebeauty.com to receive a return label (for returns from within the United States only). This return label will cover all shipping costs back to our facilities. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return when sending this item back.

If you have an allergic reaction to any product: Contact Customer Care at 323.937.2001 or customercare@wilshirebeauty.com within 30 days of your order date and we’ll send you a return label (for returns from within the United States only) so you may return this item for a full refund.

Exceptions: Some exceptions may exist with regards to our Return Policy and are indicated on the brand or product pages where applicable.

Refunds: Once received, we will process your return in the order in which it was received. We normally issue refunds within 7-10 days of receiving the item. While the refund will go through to your bank, PayPal account, or credit card immediately, it may take additional time to post to your account. You will be notified via e-mail once your return has been processed. Finally, any refused shipments, shipments that are non-deliverable, or products that are returned for any reason other than our error will be refunded less the amount of shipping costs.
